Cabinetmaker - Furniture Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker to join our team at 1342127 Ontario Inc. As a Cabinetmaker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality furniture and cabinetry for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Fabrication: Study plans, specifications, or drawings of articles to be made, and trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete units and reinforce joints.
- Finishing and Assembly: Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain, or polish to finished products; prepare and apply laminated plastics.
- Repair and Restoration: Repair or restyle wooden furniture, fixtures, and related products.
- Specialized Skills: Possess expertise in carpentry/woodworking machinery and have a strong understanding of cabinets, furniture, and furniture and cabinet remodeling.
- Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Environment: 40 hours per week, permanent position.
