Job Description:

  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, as well as preparing and processing financial reports.
  • Accounting Tasks: Performing various accounting tasks, such as journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
  • Payroll Management: Coordinating and processing payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and other general administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and precision in financial record-keeping and accounting tasks.
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software: Experience with accounting software, including QuickBooks or similar systems.
