We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in a dynamic environment where you can make a meaningful difference in people's lives. This role offers the opportunity to work with clients across various age groups, from adults to occasional pediatric referrals.

As an Occupational Therapist with Closing the Gap Healthcare, you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your needs while working with a hybrid model of care that includes both face-to-face and virtual interactions. Our supportive team provides intensive learning and development opportunities for new graduates, ensuring their success in community-based work.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with healthcare teams and develop personalized therapy plans for clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Avoid barriers in clients' daily activities by developing accurate therapy care plans based on their real-life environments
  • Collaborate with inter-disciplinary healthcare teams to build holistic treatment goals and service plans
  • Promote client safety through creativity, adaptability, and critical thinking
