Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to work with our clients in Mississauga or Burlington. As an Occupational Therapist at Closing the Gap, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive therapy services to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop accurate therapy care plans based on client needs and goals
  • Provide complex preventative or corrective actions for clients with diverse needs
  • Partner with clients, family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals and service plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Occupational Therapy
  • Current active registration and good standing as an Occupational Therapist with the Ontario College of Occupational Therapists
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
