Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Assurance Manager to join our team at GardaWorld.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to oversee compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure operational excellence in meeting client expectations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting audits, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive audits to ensure SOP compliance and checkpoint performance
  • Oversee and document compliance with CATSA's SOPs and GardaWorld's Business Management System (BMS)
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to Screening Officers and Service Delivery Managers
  • Intervene promptly when necessary to address non-compliance or critical issues
  • Conduct site inspections, breach investigations, and infiltration test investigations
  • Assist various departments with continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and provide follow-up feedback
  • Develop and track Corrective Action Plans based on performance evaluations or incidents
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in the aviation or security industry
  • A minimum of two to five years combined experience in training and/or quality assurance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong data analysis and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a self-starter

Working Conditions:
  • Travel within Canada may be required
  • Physical demands include standing, lifting, sitting for prolonged periods, and extensive computer use

  • Exposure to distracting sounds and noise levels
