At HNM Logistics Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in quality control and assurance to drive excellence in our operations.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in quality control engineering to oversee the implementation of quality control processes and systems. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of technicians, technologists, analysts, administrative staff, and other engineers to ensure seamless execution of quality control processes.
  • Analyze costs of production to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Design and conduct time studies and work simplification programs to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
  • Conduct reliability and performance studies on plant facilities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement maintenance standards, schedules, and programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
  • Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Recommend corrective or enforcement actions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide training and information to employers, employees, and the general public on quality control best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality control engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a quality control engineering role, with a strong background in quality control and assurance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at our facility, with minimal opportunity for remote work. The work environment is fast-paced, with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive salary range for a quality control engineer with 1-2 years of experience.
