Job Title: Front Office Agent-RRCR

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Agent to join our team at River Rock Casino Resort. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and memories to our visitors. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, and your warm and friendly demeanor will set the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and checking them in/out of their rooms
  • Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Processing payments and handling foreign currency exchange
  • Providing guests with resort and facility information
  • Coordinating special services such as laundry and room service
  • Liaising with operational departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Developing strong working relationships with guests, ownership, and employees
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Guest service experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Computer literacy in MS Office; Opera an asset
  • Front Desk experience an asset
  • Serving It Right Certification or the ability to achieve it
  • Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective, and service-oriented communication
  • A commitment to continually increase knowledge of products and services to offer exceptional experiences to guests
  • A willingness to learn, develop, and achieve new skills for personal and professional development
  • A passion for providing Great Experiences and Memories to internal and external guests in the pursuit of service excellence
