Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at pt Health. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Processing and managing patient records and correspondence
  • Providing administrative support to the office team, including data entry and filing
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
