About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Property Manager to join our team at Brown Bros. Agencies Limited. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our condominium and high-rise properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met and maintained
  • Hire and supervise support staff to perform operational, clerical, or maintenance duties
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Membership in the Provincial Association of Condominiums
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Yardi system
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependability and a client-focused approach
