Strata Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strata Property Manager to join our team at Proline Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading council and general meetings, and managing the day-to-day operations of our strata properties.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Excellence: Consistently demonstrate a high level of customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided.
- Meeting Leadership: Lead council and general meetings, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated to attendees.
- Financial Management: Review and approve expenditures, monitor financial performance, and help clients develop budgets.
- Conflict Resolution: Build relationships and find solutions for conflicting parties, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
- Emergency Management: Manage emergencies with a calm and decisive demeanor, troubleshoot situations, and find positive solutions.
- Schedule Coordination: Coordinate schedules for required maintenance, ensuring that all necessary work is completed on time.
- Employee Supervision: Supervise building employees, including building caretakers, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- BCFSA Strata Property Manager License: A valid BCFSA Strata Property Manager License is required for this role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent public speaking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Excellent typing and knowledge of computer systems, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required for this role.
- Clean Criminal Record Check: A clean criminal record check is required for this role.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of $60,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience and completion of BC Strata Property Management licensing requirements.
- Licensing and Education Costs: The company will cover licensing and ongoing education costs for this role.
