About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Property Manager to join our team at Brown Bros. Agencies Limited. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our strata properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease Administration
    • Ensure that all lease agreements are met and that tenants are satisfied with their living arrangements.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Hire and supervise support staff to perform operational, clerical, and maintenance duties.
  • Contract Administration
    • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Financial Management
    • Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners and compile records on operating expenses and income.
  • Reporting
    • Prepare expense and income reports for property owners.
  • Troubleshooting
    • Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience
    • Experience in property management is an asset.
  • Skills
    • Membership in the Provincial Association of Condominiums.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and Yardi system.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
