About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strata Property Manager to join our team at Proline Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading council and general meetings, and managing the day-to-day operations of our strata properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Consistently demonstrate a high level of customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.
  • Meeting Leadership: Lead council and general meetings, communicating the details through minutes and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed.
  • Financial Management: Review and approve expenditures, monitor financial performance, and help clients develop budgets.
  • Conflict Resolution: Build relationships and find solutions for conflicting parties, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Emergency Management: Manage emergencies with a decisive and calm demeanor, troubleshoot situations, and find positive solutions.
  • Schedule Coordination: Coordinate schedules for required maintenance, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Employee Supervision: Supervise building employees, including building caretakers, to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • BCFSA Strata Property Manager License: A valid BCFSA Strata Property Manager License is required to be considered for this role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent public speaking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent typing and knowledge of computer systems, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required for this role.
  • Clean Criminal Record Check: A clean criminal record check is required for this role.

  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of $60,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience and completion of BC Strata Property Management licensing requirements.
