Strata Property Management Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Property Manager Trainee. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our licensed property managers and assisting with the day-to-day management of our strata properties.
Key Responsibilities- Assist licensed property managers with administrative tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the property management team with tasks such as scheduling maintenance, coordinating repairs, and communicating with strata councils.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of strata property management principles, including BC strata legislation and regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in property management.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a property management or real estate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Eligibility to obtain a Strata Property Management license in BC.
