Job Title: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Foreman/Woman to join our team at Dave and Rick Refrigeration Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of refrigeration and air conditioning technicians to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect and assess refrigeration and air conditioning systems, identify potential issues, and develop solutions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all systems are properly maintained and running at optimal levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all facilities are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and other staff members as needed.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
  • Monitor and control costs associated with refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
  • Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce energy consumption and costs.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
