About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Foreman/Woman to join our team at Dave and Rick Refrigeration Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and apprentices to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Operations Management
    • Plan and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on work completed, including estimates and invoices.
    • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that the team has the necessary materials to complete tasks.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of experienced technicians and apprentices. The work will involve frequent travel to job sites, and the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
