Job Title: Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Foreman/Woman to join our team at Dave and Rick Refrigeration Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This is a key role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise: Ensure that all air conditioning and refrigeration systems are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards.
  • Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of technicians to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring that systems are operating at optimal levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and that the team is aware of and adheres to these regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent technical knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a strong commitment to health and safety.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service delivery. The role will require regular travel to customer sites and the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
