Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Foreman/Woman to join our team at Dave and Rick Refrigeration Inc.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems in various settings. This includes ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and meets deadlines
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Estimate costs and materials for projects
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Prepare production and other reports as required
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. The work will involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
