Job Title: Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Foreman/Woman to join our team at Dave and Rick Refrigeration Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems in our facilities. This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage and supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
  • Develop and implement methods to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure all work is completed in a safe and timely manner
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
Work Environment:

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of settings, including our facilities and customer sites.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Term:

This is a permanent, full-time position.Hours:

35 hours per week.
