Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Conduct site visits to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance
  • Collaborate with technicians to resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Client-focused and team-oriented
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
