We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Guard to join our esteemed team at PALADIN SECURITY. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for implementing security measures to protect property, controlling access to sites, and ensuring client rules and regulations are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Standard First Aid & CPR Level C Certification
  • Proof of Double COVID-19 Vaccination
  • Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Proficient in English, both oral and written
  • Experience in a Truck Gate/Warehouse environment
  • Microsoft Office experience

  • Be courteous and cooperative with a high quality of customer service
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures
  • Able to maintain a professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances and people under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations
