As a Financial Services Professional with National Bank, you will be an integral part of our Wealth Management team. Our mission is to provide exceptional client experiences by offering personalized support and guidance.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with wealth advisors to deliver superior customer service and meet client needs. Your responsibilities will include supporting investment advisors in providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, carrying out routine financial transactions, analyzing and updating client files, and preparing portfolio management reports. You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is a leading investment brokerage firm in Canada, with over 400,000 clients and 1,000 investment advisors across 100 branches. Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A completed college or university diploma in a related field;
  • Two years of relevant experience in banking, insurance, or the financial industry;
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
