Job Summary

As a Spa Supervisor at Hôtel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa department. This includes scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff. You will also be responsible for monitoring quality and production levels, requisitioning materials and equipment, and resolving work problems. If you have excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

- Schedule events, programs, and activities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff
- Monitor quality and production levels
- Requisition materials and equipment
- Resolve work problems

Requirements

- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment

- Work must be completed at the physical location
