About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Mumbai Frankie - The Original Bombay Roll. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's unique flavors and ingredients, while ensuring that they are appealing to our customers.

Culinary Leadership

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.

Quality Control

Inspect our food and kitchen facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and develop our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

At least 7 months of experience in a similar role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

A fast-paced environment with overtime required.
