About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's unique flavor and style, while ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
