About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Mumbai Frankie - The Original Bombay Roll. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's unique flavors and ingredients, while also ensuring that our dishes are consistently prepared to the highest standards.

Culinary Leadership

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and present our dishes to the highest standards.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Inspect our kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and manage our kitchen staff to ensure that they are motivated and equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with overtime required
