We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at ONroute.
About UsONroute is the proud operator of 23 convenient plazas located along Highways 400 and 401, providing travellers with fresh and exciting food and beverage options, gas, and other amenities that improve their travel experience.

Job SummaryThis role offers an excellent opportunity for part-time and full-time Team Members to work in our busy and fast-paced plazas. We offer competitive pay starting from $17.50 per hour, flexible hours/shifts, overnight shift premium pay, complementary meals during shifts, benefits plan, paid training, free uniforms, and a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace.
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for welcoming customers and greeting them with a positive attitude, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, processing payments, preparing food and drinks, managing mobile orders, assembling orders, keeping all surfaces clean and sanitary, and ensuring the safety of our customers, team-mates, and yourself.

Reliable transportation is required as our plazas are located on highways 401/400, and public transportation is not available.
