As a valued member of our team at Wesco International, Inc., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries through multiple channels, analyzing customer needs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage customer complaints and issues, escalating complex problems to relevant departments as needed.
  • Process purchase orders, track and report on customer data, and generate invoices for customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

  • High School Degree or Equivalent required; College Diploma preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Able to work well under pressure, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
