We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Talent Recruitment Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
  • Reliability and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of human resources software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with electronic mail, Adobe Photoshop, Quick Books, SharePoint, and social media.
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent work term.
  • Work language: English.
