Administrative Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control daily office operations
- Evaluate and improve office processes
- Plan and organize office schedules
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence and documents
- Perform data entry tasks
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Minimum 7 months of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent English language skills
