Job Description

This professional support staff position involves providing administrative assistance to senior management and other teams within the organization. Key responsibilities include implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required, along with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.

You should also have proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and Google Drive, as well as excellent knowledge of electronic mail, social media, and project coordination.
