About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team at IGA. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing, inventory, and pricing to ensure business readiness.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations and company standards.
  • Select, train, and evaluate team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Carry out financial transactions, including money transfers, deposits, and weekly verifications.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a retail or service department.
  • High school diploma or college degree.
  • Management experience and knowledge of point of sale computer systems.

What You'll Do

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of employees to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
