Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Atlas Electrical Supply Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and Control Operations: Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
- Customer Service: Identify customers' needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Reporting and Statistics: Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility, providing insights for business growth.
- Maintenance and Repair: Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient storage.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, providing guidance and support for their growth and development.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Environment: Warehouse and retail business environment.

- Mature Worker Support: Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers, and offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for mature workers.
