Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Auto Country. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
Work Environment

Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and physical stamina. The ideal candidate will be able to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding environment.
