About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at 13598675 Canada Inc. as a key member of our operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on inventory levels, stockroom operations, and supply chain performance to inform business decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency in the warehouse and supply chain operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
  • Work Setting: Retail business, urban area, wholesale establishment/store.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Outlook.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, ability to distinguish between colors, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, team player, ability to multitask.
