Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at 13598675 Canada Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and stored, and that all shipments are processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and storage of goods.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise and manage the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, shipping and receiving activities, and other key performance indicators.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Outlook.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced retail business environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
