Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at 13598675 Canada Inc.
Job Summary:The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and stored, and that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies, ensuring that all stock is accurately accounted for.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Task Management: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods. The ability to multitask and work under pressure is essential.
