Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

Auto Country is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow and meet productivity goals.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key performance indicators.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain inventory levels.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. The role requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
