About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at T Brothers Food & Trading Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve optimal warehouse productivity.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan and coordinate the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warehouse operations and performance.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and coordinate the assignment and review of work.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
