Warehouse Operations Manager

Fruiticana is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Inventory Management: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of job satisfaction and productivity.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Work Scheduling: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Procurement: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support warehouse operations.
- Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse to ensure optimal efficiency.
