About the Role

Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Work Scheduling and Logistics: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure optimal use of resources. Establish work schedules and procedures to meet business needs.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
