About the Role

Fibretech Distributors Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure the efficient use of resources.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

Team Leadership

Co-ordinate, assign, and review work tasks for warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key performance indicators.

Customer Service

Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
