About the Role

Fibretech Distributors Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train warehouse staff, including recruiting, hiring, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate activities with other departments and work units to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving, and staff performance.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality products are shipped to customers and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
