Daycare Program Manager

P & N Development Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Daycare Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our childcare services team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Design and implement child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality childcare services.
- Activity Planning: Plan and lead activities that promote learning, socialization, and physical development in children.
- Supply Management: Order and manage supplies and equipment to ensure a well-stocked and safe environment.
- Child Development: Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
- Environment Maintenance: Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.
- After-School Programs: Plan and organize activities for school-age children in child-care programs before and after regular school hours.
- Certifications: Possess a Child Development Worker (ECE Level 2) certification.
- Work Conditions: Work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrate punctuality, teamwork, and strong values and ethics.
