Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Activities: Plan and implement engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in children, including storytelling, singing, and educational outings.
  • Assist Educators: Collaborate with early childhood educators and supervisors to maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.
  • Encourage Creativity: Foster children's creativity through various art forms, dramatic play, music, and physical activities.
  • Support Daily Routines: Assist children in developing good eating, dressing, and toilet habits, and ensure their overall well-being.
  • Prepare Environments: Set up rooms and furniture for meals, rest periods, and activities, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Communicate Progress: Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and any challenges that may arise.
  • Plan and Organize: Develop and implement activities for school-age children in our before- and after-school programs.
