- Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities, tell stories, teach songs, and take children on outings to local points of interest, fostering a sense of wonder and curiosity.
- Encouraging Creativity: Support children in expressing their creativity through various mediums, including art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
- Child Development: Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral issues and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
- Environment and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Supervision: Oversee a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality care and support.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, interpersonal awareness, judgement, reliability, team player, values and ethics
- Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
