Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children, promoting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities, tell stories, teach songs, and take children on outings to local points of interest, fostering a sense of wonder and curiosity.
  • Encouraging Creativity: Support children in expressing their creativity through various mediums, including art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
  • Child Development: Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral issues and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Environment and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Supervision: Oversee a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality care and support.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, interpersonal awareness, judgement, reliability, team player, values and ethics
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
