Daycare Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Daycare Supervisor at Niny's Daycare & After School Care. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our children.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Design and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children, promoting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities, tell stories, teach songs, and take children on outings to local points of interest, fostering a sense of community and exploration.
- Encouraging Creativity: Support children in expressing their creativity through various mediums, including art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
- Child Development: Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral issues and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors, ensuring timely interventions.
- Environment and Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment that promotes the overall well-being of our children.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our daycare programs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, interpersonal awareness, judgement, reliability, team player, values and ethics
- Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
