About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercialization strategies
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding market presence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
