Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team at Emterra Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new business leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years of sales experience in a related industry.
  • Valid driver's license and a clear driver's abstract.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
