Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1742190 Alberta Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Service: Supervise the preparation and serving of food to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all food service staff are aware of and adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
