Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at 1742190 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of service quality.
- Menu Planning and Execution: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Scheduling and Workload Management: Establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Supervision and Leadership: Supervise 1 to 2 people, with the potential to supervise 3-4 people, and provide guidance and support to ensure team members are meeting their responsibilities.

Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
